Thumbnail Studio

Thumbnail Studio makes YouTube thumbnails from a video title. Type the title, choose where the design should take after, and real thumbnails appear on a board where you can refine the image and add text, shapes, and references.

Every channel has its own board, and the board keeps everything in view: references sit in labelled frames, new thumbnails appear beside what they took after, and you can choose headlines baked into the picture or separate editable text. Baked into image is the default.

The core workflow:

1. New thumbnail — enter the video title, add directions, and pick where the design takes after: Brainstorm for fresh directions (mostly from the viral formats gallery, plus up to half from your own proven format once your channel qualifies), My channel to remix your proven thumbnails, Another channel to remix a creator you admire, or Selected thumbnails to build on images already on the board.
2. Say who is in it — the People list puts you, or you and a co-host, in the picture.
3. Edit — open a thumbnail and change one thing at a time with Edit with AI, with Select an area for a local fix and a reference image when it is easier to show than describe.
4. Finish — merge the text into the image for a final 1280x720 PNG, or set it as a project's thumbnail.

Nothing spends a credit until you click Generate. Each thumbnail costs one thumbnail credit, and a render that fails returns its credit.
