Working with Teams

Subscribr supports team collaboration. Depending on your plan, you can invite team members to work together on your channels and scripts.

User Roles

  • Admin - Full access to all features, billing, and team management
  • Editor - Can create and edit scripts, manage research, and use all creative features
  • Viewer - Can view scripts and research but cannot edit

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to your team settings
  2. Click "Invite Team Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role
  5. They'll receive an invitation email

Shared Resources

When working as a team, credits are shared across the team, channels and scripts are accessible to all team members, research and bookmarks can be shared, and chat conversations are per-user but can be referenced.

Production coordination

Team channels include the Projects production board (kanban), Workflow Settings (SOPs, Slack, upload checklist, defaults), and Tasks in the top navigation for scripts assigned to you. See Projects & Production Board.

For best results, establish clear workflows within your team. Assign who handles research, who writes first drafts, and who does final editing—then use assignee and due dates on project cards so Tasks stays accurate.
