Your client workspace keeps the work Subscribr has shared with you in one focused place. It shows only your projects and resources; internal production notes and account settings stay private.
Review a project
Projects that need your attention appear under Needs your review. Open a project, choose its current review, and inspect the exact version that was shared with you.
- Choose Approve when the version is ready to move forward.
- Choose Request changes and describe what should change when it needs another pass.
- Use the shared discussion for follow-up questions about that review.
A decision applies only to the exact version shown on the review page. If the Subscribr team prepares a replacement, it appears as a new review and the earlier history remains available.
Shared resources
The Resources page contains only guides and videos that the Subscribr team has explicitly shared with your workspace. These links open in a new tab.
Email and support
Review emails come from Subscribr. Replies go to [email protected]; an email reply does not automatically become a portal comment. Add important review feedback in the shared discussion so it stays with the project.
If your workspace is read-only, you can still view shared work and history, but you cannot submit new decisions or comments. Contact [email protected] if you believe access was paused by mistake.
