Understanding AppSumo Credits
As an AppSumo lifetime deal customer, you receive monthly credits for as long as your license remains active. The number of credits depends on your tier.

Monthly Credit Refresh
You receive fresh credits every 30 days from your license activation date. Credits expire after 60 days, giving you two full months to use them. This ensures you always have credits available while preventing unlimited accumulation.
Addon Credits
Need more credits? Purchase addon credits anytime beginning at $1.25 per credit, with discounts for bulk purchases. Addon credits remain valid indefinitely as long as your AppSumo license is active. They're a great way to supplement your monthly allocation during busy periods.
Changing Your Tier
Want to upgrade or downgrade your tier? Visit your AppSumo Products page, find Subscribr, and click "Change Plan" to select a different tier. This is also where you can request refunds during the guarantee period.
Credits Usage Priority
The system automatically uses credits that expire soonest first. This means your AppSumo monthly credits are used before addon credits, maximizing the value of your monthly allocation.

Your AppSumo lifetime deal means you'll continue receiving monthly credits for as long as your license is active. To make changes to your plan, tier, or manage your license, visit your AppSumo account dashboard.
AppSumo tiers map 1:1 to Subscribr subscription plans. This means AppSumo customers receive the same product features, limits, and capabilities as regular subscription customers. When we adjust or change plan features, all customers—both AppSumo lifetime and subscription—receive the same benefits at their corresponding tier/plan level.
