- How do credits work?
- Your subscription includes credits that refresh with each billing cycle and remain valid for an extended period. For monthly subscriptions, your credits can be used in both the current month and the following month - for example, January's credits remain valid through February. With annual plans, you receive your full year's worth of credits immediately and can use them whenever you need them throughout the year, plus they stay valid through your second subscription year.
- Can I purchase additional credits?
- You can purchase addon credits at any time. These addon credits complement your subscription credits and remain valid as long as your subscription stays active. We offer bulk purchase discounts to help you save when buying larger quantities.
- How does research work?
